I think working day for the customer stop service center emgs only? The processing one closes on holiday.

Yes the rejection possibility still there after submit to immigration. But rest assured that EMGS has done their part to vet the documents before they submit to immigration to minimize rejection. But still can get rejected even after emgs submit it. So fingers crossed.

Rejection at this stage is rare for new applicant. Only if you have immigration issues like overstaying, change university without release letter, having an active application in their system etc

Mine has been stuck on 80% for 7 days now. Hold on tight it may take long.

Yes you will get your personal bond deposit back provided you do proper cancellation visa before leaving Malaysia. You can refer to your uni finance department to better advise you regarding refund matter.
