Dear officer, my passport is EJ8734554, it has been over 2 months for my application stopping at 35%, which I believe has been out of the timeframe for this stage. Could you please help me to check this out? Thank you!

  Please be advised that your documents is pending at the Immigration Department for VAL approval. We understand that the process has taken a longer timeframe than usual. We will look into this matter.
