Please note that the 32% indicates that your documents are ready to be submitted to the Immigration Department. However, the Immigration Department is not processing VAL for students who are outside of Malaysia. We will only be able to advise once the Immigration Department resumes processing VAL.

Please be informed that the Immigration Department for the issuance of the VAL.However, at present, the Immigration Department is not issuing VALs to new international students who are outside Malaysia. We will only be able to advise once we receive further instructions from the Immigration Department.
