Hi,
The Visa Approval Letter (VAL) will be only issued for the new international student and for the an student. The existing student with an expired student pass is required to apply for a social visit pass (SEV) with Malaysian Embassy prior to traveling to Malaysia.

Hi,
We will advise you to uninstall the EMGS app from your phone. Alternatively, clear the application cache on your phone. You can do this through the application settings in your phone’s application manager.
