Contact with EMGS Officers.They will further assist you and guide you as well.

Maybe because it will only progress after arriving to Malaysia if your application is new one..

U suppose to get ur VAL long time ago, I think something went wrong if u have an application on the EMGS website u can track it, online payment would save u all this trouble
