Contact with EMGS Officers.They will further assist you and guide you as well.

Maybe because it will only progress after arriving to Malaysia if your application is new one..

hi ,, I already apply visa by some one who stay in Malaysia. since april 10/2017. U suppose to get ur VAL long time ago, I think something went wrong if u have an application on the EMGS website u can track it, online payment would save u all this trouble
