Hi EMGS.
My name is Denise Shalom with application number #:E#########. My application status is now “Pending Payment”, I believe it is because there are problems related to my credit card that I just knew recently. Can you help me to cancel my application first? There are no such options in the website to cancel it by myself. So that I can make new application with different payment method. Please help. Thankyou.
