passport no C5982420…
submitted my passport from
February 25, 2020 to get
renewal visa and the progress
when I submit was 90%. But
until
now it hasn’t finished. PLease

Your institution opted to obtain the Student Pass directly at the state Immigration Department. As such, your passport was not submitted to EMGS. We advise that you liaise with your institution directly for further assistance on the status of your passport.
