Dear EMGS Officer:
Good afternoon, my student VISA will invalid on 20th Mar. 2024. According to renew rules, I will submit renew student VISA on 20th Dec. 2023. But, my passport valid less than 14 months and will invalid in February 2025.
Could I need change an NEW passport and then apply for renew student VISA? View

Hi Guo Ming,
For renewal application, you are required to ensure that you have at least 12 months of passport validity.
