Hi Emgs team,
My val has been issued but during my evisa (sev) application, in the first section “Val vérification” This message display. “Some details in your vdr information missing, please review the photo, document number, and date fields to ensure all information is complete.
What can I do please ?

  Kindly be informed that we are not processing the eVISA application. As such, you may contact the eVISA department for further checking on this matter.
