If your insurance is obtained via your institution directly, you need to liaise with the institution for details with regard to the renewal procedure. However, for insurance obtained through EMGS, the renewal can be done together with the Student Pass renewal. We advise that you refer to your institution for more details.

The Student Pass endorsement process takes approximately 14 working days. However, the approval is solely at the discretion of the Immigration Department.
