Dear EMGS Officer,

I have submitted my passport on 26/04/2023 for student visa renewal. My passport no. EJ3243327. Now it’s exceeding the 14 working days timeframe. Could you kindly look into the issue and do the needful? Your help is greatly appreciated.

  Your passport is ready for collection with the student pass. You may liaise with your Institution for the collection of the passport.

My passport (ID EJ3243327) for student visa renewal has been in the immigration department for almost two weeks, please kindly check the progress and see the matters. Your help is appreciated.

  Kindly be informed that your passport has been submitted to the Immigration Department for Student Pass sticker endorsement.
