My full name is Chen Jianhao. My passport number is EK0397059.I am sorry to bother you but it has been 20 days since my documents were submitted to immigration Department at September 14th ,2023,the EMGS progress is still 35%. As I will enter Malaysia before October 6th to ensure the successful completion of enrollment. Could you increase the progress to 70%, So I can apply for the visa?  If I can’t reach 70% in the next two days, then I may not be able to enter school normally this year. I’m really in a hurry, and I’m afraid I can’t go to class. the system says it should only take 7-10 days. I am very anxious now. I am just a student here to study. I hope EMGS can help me urge the Immigration Department to speed up the processing. thanks a lot
