We were told we will be able to enter Malaysia by the 1st of January and till date there is no SOP update. STOP publishing false information. You don’t think about your students and what they’ve had to endure because of this pandemic. In fact Universities are still charging full fees even though we’re not having face to face classes which doesn’t make sense. Publish the SOP please

Who are the relevant government policies you’re waiting for because from what we know they allowed us to enter Malaysia. Please give us their contact details e.g. their email so our parents can contact them because what you are doing to us is totally unfair.

Hello, EMGS customer service.

I arrived in Kuala Lumpur on March 2nd and completed my medical check-up on March 5th. However, after a week, I noticed that my EMGS progress had not been updated. I then visited the hospital where I had my check-up and discovered that it was not an EMGS panel clinic.

As a result, I went to an EMGS panel clinic on March 17th and completed another medical check-up. However, my progress has still not been updated.

Could you please help me resolve this issue?
