Hi, I would like to know about application process for SEV in South Africa, but I am Brazilian. View
The requirements for SEV will be according to your nationality instead of your place of residence. You should contact your nearest Malaysian embassy or consulate for information. Also, according to the emgs website, Brazilians require SEV before entering Malaysia.
