dear emgs officer, I would like to know how much time longer does the immigration department need endorse the visa for renewal. It has been stuck on 90% for over 2 months now.

Kindly be informed that your institution opted to obtain the Student Pass directly at the state Immigration Department. As such, your passport was not submitted to EMGS. We advise that you liaise with your institution directly for further assistance on the status of your passport.
