https://visa.educationmalaysia.gov.my/guidelines/passport-photo-guidelines.html . Show the photographer this size and then check online to see uf it firs in this https://visa.educationmalaysia.gov.my/guidelines/online-photo-checker.html. -
Have done that. The online photo checker said it was verified, but when I sent to EMGS still rejected.

You must ensure to enter Malaysia with a valid VAL and SEV. However, the approval to issue SEV is solely at the discretion of the Malaysian Embassy in your home country.
