Dear EMGS,please I’m trying to add my ikad to my Emgs or verify my ikad on my device,it’s saying that I have verified with another device of which I didn’t,please what should I do

Hello
My name is Chukwuebuka John
I’m yet to get to 100% since last year I’m still in 90% and my visa is out but I can’t get my i card
What can be the possible problem my passport number is B00472619

  Kindly be informed that your institution opts to obtain the student pass directly at State Immigration. In the event that your student pass has been endorsed, kindly liaise with the institute to submit the current student pass copy for us to update the status and proceed with the ikad processing.
