Hello EMGS Team,
I am facing an issue while making the payment for my visa application through the EMGS portal.
Every time I attempt the payment, I receive the error message:
“Payment Failure: Fail (Rejected by Host)”
I have already contacted my bank (Canara Bank), and they confirmed that international transactions are enabled on my card and there are no issues from their side. I also tried using three different international debit cards, but all resulted in the same error.
The payment process proceeds to the OTP verification stage, and the OTP is successfully received and entered. However, after authentication, the transaction fails with the “Rejected by Host” message.
This is my fifth attempt to complete the payment, and I am unable to proceed with my visa application.
I have also sent an email to the EMGS support team regarding this issue and included my passport number and other relevant details for reference.
Could you please investigate this matter urgently and advise on how I can successfully complete the payment?
