    I have just spoken to the International Office officers in my institution. I was told application and payment were already made and submitted to EMGS but have yet to be processed.

      As per checked, we are yet to receive the payment and document from your institution. In the event that it has been submitted, kindly request your institution to liaise directly with EMGS. Thank you.

    Hello, this is my first time renewing my visa late due to some unforeseen circumstances. Will it be affecting the duration and process of the application? M I have already submitted my documents and made the payment last week, but status is still at 0%. Hope to hear from you soon.

      Generally, if the application is at 0% it means that EMGS yet to receive payment and document from the institution. Kindly liaise with your institution and reconfirm whether the payment and document have been submitted to EMGS.
