@chimezie. No university in Nigeria to the best of my knowledge will directly give you your transcript, instead they will send in to your school or employer that need them. I will advice you to apply for the transcript formally and use either your personal address or that of a relative as the recipient of the transcript. Your former university will send it to the address provided
1. It sounds like you sent your original transcript to the University in Malaysia. I’m not sure why anyone would do that but you don’t need the original transcript to apply online with EMGS. A copy will do.
2. Does your cousin have any letter of authorization to act on your behalf or it is just some random girl asking to collect an applicant’s original transcript.
3. It might be against Uni policy to release documents to people who are not students.
4. University policy could be to make the VAL application by themselves. Speak to them tomorrow. It’s the last working day before a long weekend
