@chimezie. No university in Nigeria to the best of my knowledge will directly give you your transcript, instead they will send in to your school or employer that need them. I’m a little fuzzy on the facts but I’ll try:

1. It sounds like you sent your original transcript to the University in Malaysia. I’m not sure why anyone would do that but you don’t need the original transcript to apply online with EMGS. A copy will do.

You can do that with fine universities, not all.
I don’t think it would make much difference to be honest.
Most private universities require payment to be through them. If you paid and they are not responding you can send the proof of payment to emgs and cc your university
