I am writing on behalf of my wife. Her Visa application has remained on 15% for days now despite submitting all additional documents requested by your office. Thanks for your response. But my application is more than 7 working days already since my passport was received on 3 November.

Hi Chidiebere,
Your wife’s application is currently on hold as we require her official academic transcripts for the Master’s degree. Kindly liaise with the institution and request that they submit the additional documents. This will enable us to process her application further.
