Good Morning EMGS,
I am writing on behalf of my wife. Her Visa application has remained on 15% for days now despite submitting all additional documents requested by your office. I will appreciate if this is treated as urgent as possible so she could meet up with the deadline of 6 December, 2019 which all new PhD student are required to complete their registeration process. She is required to complete this Visa processing with the current University before she could finalize her registration process. This means that for her to be successfully registered with the University depends on how quick her visa is approved. Her passport number is A07512590, Name: ARIMOKWU NIMBI VIVIAN.   Your wife’s application is currently on hold as we require her official academic transcripts for the Master’s degree. Kindly liaise with the institution and request that they submit the additional documents. This will enable us to process her application further.
