I want to know if EMGS is working today?

  I think they’re working, but they work only applications below 35%

I have a pending appeal decision from EMGS on my application and my SP will expire on 8th April. What should I do?

  Hi Emmy,
  
  The processing of all applications is currently suspended until after the movement control order (MCO) period. Kindly refer to your institution directly for further details with regards to your Special Pass.
