Mine is 80% and i’m still waiting to get my val since 7/9 so it will take some time

Contact your university. With 70% i arrived to Malaysia. After post Medical checkment they gave me 75%.

You’ll submit your passport once you get to Malaysia. It probably means that you’ve applied to Public University and medical screening is not compulsory at EMGS clinic
