Nobody knows ..emgs says..your application is in the discretion of immigration department..I don’t know how can we communicate with the immigration department

As checked, your passport was submitted to Immigration on 31 July 2024 for sticker endorsement. This process takes approximately 14 working days from the passport submission date which is from 26 July 2024, however, the approval is subject to the discretion of the Immigration Department.
