As checked, we received the additional documents from the institution on 18 July 2024. Therefore, the application has resumed as normal. Allow our officer some time to proceed with the application and rest assured, any updates will be notified accordingly.

I know the official time is 14 working days, but if you check my passport number. I have already overstayed my visa and have been doing the renewal since I entered Malaysia on 3-9. the student visa is going to expire on May 5 and I’m still stuck at 80%, can you let me know if I need to do anything instead of just letting me wait here for two…[Read more]

As per checking, we received your passport on the 17th of April 2024 for the Student Pass endorsement process. The endorsement process takes approximately 14 working days. However, the approval is solely at the discretion of the Immigration Department.

The passport was handed over to the agency yesterday and sent over to you. Since the trial starts on the 25th and we have to leave on the evening of the 24th, I have the summons here and can show it to you. Please help me.
