Dear EMGS,
My name is Chen Wangfuwei, and my passport number is EJ6155789. I submitted my visa renewal application, and the progress has been stuck at 90% since October 1st. It has now been three months with no further updates.
As my flight is scheduled for January 9th, I am very concerned about the delay in my visa renewal approval. I kindly request your assistance in expediting the process, as the prolonged waiting time is affecting my travel plans.

  Hi. I am a student like you. Here is my thought: Your university should have got your visa long time ago. You should have submitted your passport to them for that prupose. Check with your university immediately. You said three months passed? I suspect the emgs letter has expired. You may need another one. Check with your university immediately.

  Hi Chen Wangfuwei,
  Kindly be informed that we provided a Supporting Letter to your institution on 1 October 2024 to endorse your Student Pass sticker directly at the State Immigration in Selangor. As such, your passport will not be submitted to EMGS. You are required to liaise with the institute for further clarification on your passport status.
