Dear friends, My name is Cheng .after i filling up all items ,entered the student face recognition,but in this step no recognition box or shooting options. i tried many times still the same. ask for hepls ,thanks!

  Keep your mobile camera in front of your face in bright light. It will auto detect your face and proceed ahead

  Kindly clear the app cache, uninstall and reinstall the app. Make sure that you are using the latest version 4.3.3 on iOS and 4.2.0 on Android.
