Dear EMGS Officer,

My passport number is E6174096 and my full name is Elizabeth Charissa from Indonesia. My application has been stuck in 15% since 8 August. Could you please help to speed up the process, I’m very concern because my intake in university is 7th September. And if I may know in what stage is my visa application process right now? thank you and please help since I don’t have much time till my intake date
