Dear EMGS Officer,
My name is Dinh Chan Trung, and my passport number is P01541374.
I would like to kindly inquire about my visa renewal process, which has been stuck at 90% for almost two months. Could you please let me know if there is any issue causing this delay?
I hope to complete the process soon, as I wish to return to my home country to visit my family.

  Hi Dinh Chan Trung,
  Kindly be informed that we provided a Supporting Letter to your institution on 19 September 2024 to endorse your Student Pass sticker directly at the State Immigration in Selangor. As such, your passport will not be submitted to EMGS. You are required to liaise with the institute for further clarification on your passport status.
