Dear Sir/Madam,

My name is Wang Yuxuan and my passport number is EJ3367699. My application number is E#########. My graduate pass application has reached 85% (green) for nearly 2 weeks and it shows that my passport is in the Immigration process. There is no progress until now.

As I will be returning to China on December 15, to attend to an important matter, can you help me to confirm and make progress on my visa as soon as possible. The situation is urgent now, so please help me with the visa process.

Please let me know if there is anything I can do. Appreciate it if you could help me.
