I would like to inquire regarding my visa application that still stuck at 32%. I recently received a notification regarding the submission of an updated offer letter and my university has uploaded the newest offer letter. Could you kindly confirm whether the document has been successfully received and when will my status progress?

  Based on our record, we received the additional documents from your institution on 03rd July 2025. Currently, we are in the process of submitting your student pass application for approval. The student will be notified of any updates via the EMGS website.
