It’s not really your fault, sometimes some people commit fraud, i.e. Enter a program with low grades and not complete the program on time, and work while they’re studying. It seems unfair, and it is, but they’re probably being cautious so immigration does not reject you. Maybe ask your institution to vouch for you? They can talk to emgs directly.
