@captain_4 You need to submit the new flight ticket to additionaldoc(at)emgs.com.my. The email should be sent from the same email address you used to submit the application.

because it said 100% when i put my passport and country
cuz i already got renewed when i was in malaysia back february 2020
so how can i truck my application process separately from my visa
application
