Dear officers, I hope you are well. My name is CAI LEYAO.My passport number is EK5329944. I am sorry to bother you but could you please increase the progress to 70% as soon as possible,so that I can go to Malaysia. In fact, my course has already started, so I need to attend the class physically.And my flight is scheduled in just few days. I really want you can help me so that I can go to Malaysia as soon as possible.

  We understand your concern. Unfortunately, at this stage of the application, we are unable to expedite the process as it is still within the processing agreement. The VAL approval is at the sole discretion of the Immigration Department of Malaysia.
