Dear Ms./Sir.
My name is Rong Yan, an international student from Taylor’s.
My passport have been sent to EMGS on 7th Aug, and I have an urgent request, can you please help me process my passport as quickly as possible?
Because I have booked a flight for 2nd September, this flight is very important to me, and it is not easy to book successfully. I really can’t miss it.
And now my flight requires a nucleic acid test within 5 days of flight departure, I must use my passport to perform this test. It means that I have to got my passport before 28th Aug.

So please help me, my words is all true, and I’ll appreciate of your help.

  Hi,
  
  The Student Pass endorsement process takes approximately 14 working days. However, the approval is solely at the discretion of the Immigration Department. Your institution will be notified once the passport is ready for collection.
