Dear EMGS team, my name is Brigita with passport number C6729603. I have submitted my passport for 2 weeks and its still 80%. However, i really need my passport assap to go back to my country. After 2 weeks as it should be done, can i request to expedite it, please? I really need it. Thanks

  Kindly be informed that your passport has been submitted to the Immigration Department for Student Pass sticker endorsement. Unfortunately, at this stage of the application, we are unable to expedite the process as it is still within the processing agreement. The issuance of a student Pass will take approximately 14 working days from the day we receive the passport. Based on our records, we received your passport on the 19th October 2023.
  
  Please allow the Immigration Department time to process your application. Student Pass approval is at the sole discretion of the Immigration Department of Malaysia. It is not advisable for you to make any travel arrangements before you receive your passport.
