I am a new student of the UPM. My EMGS application number is EJ9705173.My VAL application was submitted to the immigration office for approval on September 8th,But now the progress is still stuck at 35%.
Could you increase the progress to 70% in two or three days, So that I can apply the visa.

Hi Brian How,
Kindly be informed that your documents was submitted to the Immigration Department for the VAL approval. Unfortunately, at this stage of the application, we are unable to expedite the process as it is still within the processing agreement. The VAL approval is at the sole discretion of the Immigration Department of Malaysia.
