Dear officer,
Good afternoon. My name is Bi Shanshan , from China. Passport number is EK1473379. I have submitted my passport to renew my student pass. It was processed to 80% and to have an endorsement on 25th Oct. Currently, it is still at 80%. May I ask how many days will it take to have an endorsement ? Since I will have a flight on 21st Nov. Thank you for your patience and understanding.

  Please be informed that the Student Pass endorsement process takes 14 working days from the date we submit the Passport to the Immigration Department. We understand that the process has taken a longer timeframe than usual. We will look into this matter. However the approval is solely at the discretion of the Immigration Department.
