Dear EMGS processing committee,
Hope this message gets you well. I write to inform you about the issue am having at hand.
I was asked to submit my official graduation certificate in place of my notification of result which I did on Monday 2nd, I received same mail on same issue yesterday, Wednesday 4th, I resubmitted both the notification of result and the certificate together for scrutiny. On that same yesterday night I received another mail with same content requesting for the same certificate I submitted twice.
Please kindly assist in that regard as I don’t know way forward.

  Kindly be informed that we are currently in the midst of submitting the application to the Immigration department. We have multiple verification stages in place to ensure that each application is free from discrepancies and to prevent any rejection by the Immigration Department.
