Im facing the same issue i submitted it through the university .. is there any other way to send the document ? Like through this app maybe ?

You should tell your university to ask EMGS what they exactly need. Sometimes, it happens like that.

Although the university said they have submitted the document, sometimes, the document is not exactly what EMGS needs. Therefore, it is better to ask the university as I mentioned above.

It takes time to change status. So you have to wait.

It is just a declaration accommodation to be given by the institution to EMGS. It is to know whether you have a quarantine facility just in case required. They will proceed with your application once your institute submits the document.
