Hello, my passport is ej2834880. I have been riding my passport for more than a month, but my EMSg is still 80%. Please confirm whether there is any problem and whether I need to submit additional materials. I look forward to your reply.

  As checked, your passport was submitted to Immigration on 16 July 2024 for sticker endorsement. This process takes approximately 14 working days from the passport submission date which is from 10 July 2024, however, the approval is subject to the discretion of the Immigration Department. Hello, my passport number is Ej2834880. On July 5, 50% of the passport was submitted to the school as required. Today (July 28) it is still 80%. I would like to ask how long it will take to complete it. Is there any problem?

  Hi,
  
  Please be informed that we received your passport on the 10th of July 2024 for the Student Pass endorsement process. The endorsement process takes approximately 14 working days. However, the approval is solely at the discretion of the Immigration Department. We will notify your institution once the passport is ready for collection.
