Dear EMGS officer,
My Passport AB5019761 had been submitted to EMGS on April 16th for Visa renewal. It has been with immigration for stamping of Student Pass since April 23rd.
It has more than 14 days since not only passport submitted to EMGS but also to immigration also.
My university also has emailed and sent proper application along with my flight ticket to EMGs to expedite the process since My Flight to Pakistan is on May 12th 2024.
It is requested to update me regarding the process and return my passport after endorsing the student pass as soon as possible.
Kindly update me please.

  Hi.
  Please be advised that your passport is currently in progress with the immigration department. We understand your urgency. However, the Institution may submit the supporting letter along with the request to expedite the passport process with the Immigration Department. In the event, that your Institution has submitted the request, kindly provide us the email case number in order for us to follow up with your application status.
