Dear EMGS,

My name is BEANG Chanchakriya, and my passport number is N02672644. I have applied for a student e-visa for an exchange program at INTI International University. My university has already submitted all the required documents to EMGS, and my application progress was at 15% as of last Friday.

I understand that my teacher submitted the documents late, and my classes started on January 6, 2025. Unfortunately, I will miss about two weeks of classes because the visa process is taking longer than expected.

Could you kindly check my application status and let me know if there’s any way to expedite the process? I would also like to know how many more days it might take before I can travel to Malaysia for my education.

      I just got 35%. Maybe we can joint class in february Hhh. Btw where are you from and what course are you take in there?

  Kindly be informed that your application was pending submission of additional document from the institution. Kindly note, at the bottom of the Offer Letter, on the Registrar side, there is no Registrar Signature. As such, the institute is required to submit an Offer Letter with the registrar signature on it. Kindly refer to the institution for further assistance regarding this matter.
