It’s Cheng Xiaohe and my passport number is EK6672654. The last update on my visa renewal process was 90% on June 25th, I’m getting worried if the application got rejected or something since my academic performance got affected by my medical issues last semester. May I ask if I can check on the state of the renewal process? View

Hi Cheng Xiaohe,
Kindly be informed that your institution opted to obtain the Student Pass directly at the state Immigration Department. As such, your passport was not submitted to EMGS. We advise that you liaise with your institution directly for further assistance on the status of your passport.
