I received an email from visa department in my university that I have to submit my application Under reapply process to extend my study and its not allowed to do renewal.
So my question is: because of spreading corona in many countries, Should I go outside Malaysia and come back again for reapply? and which countries allowed to go to?…[Read more]-
Hi Baraa,
Kindly confirm if you completed your current course or if your institution is requesting you to apply for the VAL under the same course you are studying. We are unable to confirm which countries you can go to, as the approval to allow you entry into any country is solely at the discretion of the country’s respective authorities.

@baraa_2 Since your institution has requested you to apply for a new VAL, you are required to exit Malaysia and wait for the VAL to be issued whilst you are outside of the country. You can only return to Malaysia after obtaining the VAL. The approval to issue the VAL is solely at the discretion of the Immigration Department.
