Good day.

I returned to my home country (Qatar) from Malaysia on April to meet my family. I’m a permanent resident of Qatar and was born and raised here. However, my passport is Bangladeshi.
I have received both the vaccine doses (Moderna) and have a certificate to prove it.
I still have my student pass (iKad) valid until the end of this year.
My question is, will I be able to apply for the travel authorisation on EMGS to go back to Malaysia?

  Please note that the travel ban is determined by nationality as well. Hence, you will not be able to enter Malaysia until further notice.
