Assalamualaikum and Good day to you sir/Ma, I will like to ask if possible to apply for second masters programme from different universities and apply for a visa

You may apply for a same level as a new application and required to be outside of Malaysia. An explanation letter will be required and the final decision to approve the application is at the discretion of Immigration.
